Job summary

CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE is seeking a patient-facing Front Desk/Customer Service Associate to greet visitors, check in members, and resolve questions. You will compile and maintain records for the Wellness Center, support Pro Shop and Energy Stop services, assist with events, and ensure a welcoming lobby, signage, and clear program communication.

You may participate in planning and organizing special projects, while contributing to positive financial performance and customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required.
• Availability for full-time shifts.

• Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records.
• Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members

• Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication
• Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction
• Performs other related duties as signed or requested by manager

Established by the Sisters of the St. Francis in 1924, CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 268-bed regional referral center in Kearney, Neb. At CHI Health Good Samaritan, you’ll find an advanced level trauma center that also offers AirCare emergency helicopter transport and an ambulance program providing long distance and local 911 service. Pay Range

$15.67 - $22.14 /hour
