Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Wellness Center is seeking a friendly Wellness Center Ambassador to welcome guests, assist with registration, and guide patients through the Health and Wellness Center experience. This full-time role supports front-desk operations and helps ensure a positive patient visit.

You will greet visitors, verify basic information, direct them to the right services, answer calls, maintain lobby areas, and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver compassionate,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of working experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills.
• Computer skills; experience with Matrix reporting environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to the Health and Wellness Center.
• Assist with registration check-in or scheduling and direct patients as needed.
• Provide clerical support to ensure a positive patient experience.
• Answer phones and route inquiries according to standards.
• Maintain lobby areas and assist with environmental observations and issues.
