Haleon is seeking a Wellness OU Brand Development Lead to drive growth opportunities by connecting local market needs with global R&D capabilities. You will deploy innovation platforms, scale local successes globally, and accelerate geo-expansion and CBEC growth across the Wellness portfolio.

You will serve as the primary bridge between Operating Units and Global R&D, ensuring assets are deployed with speed and local flexibility to maximize enterprise value creation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
• 10–15+ years of leadership experience in R&D, innovation or product development.
• Proven ability to translate consumer and business opportunities into scalable growth platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the technical growth strategy for OU and regional brands.
• Shape and prioritize the Tier 2 and Tier 3 innovation portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through innovation and geographic expansion.
• Lead globalization and deployment of platforms, assets and evidence packages.
