You will translate complex business challenges into actionable plans, build alignment across global and local teams, and shape priorities for the wellness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, marketing, commercial leadership, management consulting, chief‑of‑staff, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Experience developing executive‑level communications, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities into a focused strategic agenda across 14 brands.
- Coordinate and prioritize requests from local, global, and external stakeholders, ensuring ownership and follow‑through.
- Co‑lead Integrated Growth Planning with rigor and alignment for portfolio plans.
- Develop high‑quality presentations and materials for the CEO and senior stakeholders.
- Support strategic customer engagements and selling stories for clear portfolio communication.
