Job summary

Haleon seeks a Wellness Regulatory Lead to drive global regulatory strategies for wellness products, including vitamins, minerals, and digestive health. You will collaborate with R&D and Commercial teams to translate science into compliant consumer propositions, ensuring timely, compliant project delivery across markets.

The role requires extensive regulatory expertise, project leadership, and a track record of managing complex regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field with 10–15 years in regulatory affairs in FMCG/consumer healthcare/pharma.
• Experience leading regulatory strategies for global product launches and pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of claims substantiation, labeling, and product registration across markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D and Commercial teams to translate science into compliant claims and launch pathways.
• Provide regulatory insights to enable differentiated consumer propositions.
• Embed regulatory considerations early to improve predictability and efficiency.
