Job summary

Haleon in Berkeley Heights, NJ, seeks a Director, Wellness Strategy Lead to partner with the General Manager and Wellness leadership. You will shape priorities, coordinate execution across 14 brands, and drive AI-enabled transformation to unlock growth.

You bring strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and the ability to translate complex opportunities into actionable plans for senior stakeholders. This role combines portfolio strategy, communications, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years in strategy, transformation or related.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrix organization.
Experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, prioritization and program leadership skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into a focused strategic agenda across 14 brands.
Coordinate and prioritize requests from local, global, and external stakeholders with clear ownership and follow-through.
Co-lead Integrated Growth Planning ensuring alignment and timely execution of portfolio plans.
Lead AI transformation pilots from opportunity definition through implementation and adoption.
