• Experience with global innovation, geographic expansion, and platform deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical growth strategy for OU and regional brands aligned with Wellness priorities.
• Shape Tier 2/3 innovation portfolio to maximize business impact and resource efficiency.
• Drive investments and portfolio choices to support long-term category growth.
• Deploy global platforms, claims and evidence into local/regional brands; scale successful local innovations.
• Lead globalization of priority Wellness brands, assets and growth platforms; transfer technology.
• Enable CBEC growth through cross-border expansion; collaborate across regions and with Global/OU teams.
