Qualifications

• BS and 3+ years of formulation or product development experience in consumer healthcare or related industries.
• Hands-on laboratory experience applying scientific principles to formulation challenges.
• Experience designing experiments and analyzing/communicating technical data.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage or contribute to one or more projects in support of product innovation and development.
• Lead end-to-end development plans focusing on robustness, cost efficiency, manufacturability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to deliver robust programs.
• Develop superior prototypes, optimize formulations, and establish design space through structured experiments.
