Job summary

Haleon seeks an experienced Analytical Sciences leader to manage a team supporting NA Wellness R&D in Richmond, VA. You will oversee separation science, MS-based methods, and technology transfer, collaborating with Formulations, Quality & Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams.

Drive method development and transfer, ensure GMP/ICH compliance, and mentor staff in a matrix organization to deliver results for commercial product testing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytical chemistry experience in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in analytical/separation sciences and MS/ chromatography.
• Experience ensuring GMP, ICH, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR and technical oversight to analytical scientists in R&D.
• Lead resources for developing Wellness products across dosage forms.
• Ensure projects are planned with sound principles and timelines.
• Oversee GMP/ICH compliance and technology transfer.
• Collaborate with Formulations, Quality & Supply Chain, and others.
