Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Wellness OU Brand Development Lead in Richmond, VA. This R&D growth leader connects local market needs with global capabilities to deploy innovation platforms across brands, accelerating geo-expansion and CBEC opportunities.

You will bridge Operating Units and Global R&D, guiding cross-functional teams to scale local successes globally and maximize enterprise value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Engineering or related scientific discipline.
10-15+ years of leadership experience in R&D, innovation or product development.
Experience translating consumer and business opportunities into scalable growth platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technical growth strategy for OU and regional brands aligned with Wellness category priorities.
Shape and prioritize the Tier 2 and Tier 3 innovation portfolio to maximize business impact and resource efficiency.
Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through innovation, geographic expansion, and platform deployment.
Drive investment decisions and portfolio choices that support long-term category growth.
Deploy global innovation platforms, technologies, claims and evidence into local and regional brands.
Lead the globalization of priority Wellness brands, technical assets and growth platforms.
Drive technology transfer and platform harmonization to accelerate delivery and reduce complexity.
