Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced welder/fabricator to move into a leadership role molding the next generation of tradespeople in the Rocky Mountain region. You will teach hands-on welding and shop safety, while guiding students in blueprint reading and digital tool use.

Lead curriculum efforts, collaborate on projects, and participate in grading work. The role blends practical shop work with instructional responsibilities in a supportive, outdoors-friendly Wyoming setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and cutting technique knowledge.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork mindset.
• Industry certifications (AWS, API) are a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn training software and teaching methods.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
