Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Instructor for a Rocky Mountain program in Wyoming.

They seek an experienced welder or metal fabricator ready to move from the shop floor into a leadership role training the next generation of tradespeople. You’ll teach techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) and demonstrate equipment including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters, while mentoring students in shop safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety knowledge.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and shop.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and grading using software.
