Job summary

Zaddy Solutions in Wyoming is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to lead hands-on shop sessions and develop curriculum for the Rocky Mountain Region. You’ll teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW), demonstrate CNC plasma tables and automated cutters, and help students master safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.

With 7+ years in welding and fabrication, you’ll mentor a team, contribute to grading and projects, and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in welding and fabrication.
Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
Experience with shop safety and cutting techniques.
Familiarity with CNC tools or willingness to learn.
Effective communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

Teaching welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
Demonstrating equipment use—including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
Supporting students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
Utilizing grading software and collaborating on curriculum development and projects.
