Essenti Talent is seeking an experienced welder or metal fabricator to join a Rocky Mountain Region training program as a Welding & Fabrication Instructor. The role moves from shop-floor work into a meaningful leadership position mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.

You will teach welding techniques, demonstrate CNC plasma tables and automated cutters, and support students with shop safety, layout, and measuring. A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Background in blueprint reading and shop safety.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools or willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout and cutting; use grading software and contribute to curriculum.
