Ashton North LLC in Wyoming is seeking a Welding & Fabrication Instructor to lead hands-on training for the next generation of tradespeople. The role blends shop-floor expertise with classroom instruction, mentoring, and curriculum development in a scenic Rocky Mountain setting.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of welding experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and a willingness to grow with CNC and digital tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
