You'll guide learners through SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, blueprint reading, and safety, while integrating CNC plasma tables and digital tools into curricula. This leadership position blends craft with instruction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Background in blueprint reading and shop safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communicator with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use—including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
