Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and applying safe shop practices.
• Ability to teach and mentor students in a classroom and shop setting.

Aufgaben

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
