Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Welding & Fabrication Instructor for the Rocky Mountain Region to lead hands-on shop instruction and theory in welding. You’ll guide students through SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and oversee safe shop practices while integrating CNC plasma tables and automated cutters into curriculum.

With 7+ years in welding and fabrication, you’ll mentor learners, develop projects, and collaborate on grading and program growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and cutting techniques.
• Ability to learn CNC and digital shop tools quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) in lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, accurate measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
