Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Instructor for the Rocky Mountain Region to mentor the next generation of skilled tradespeople while staying connected to hands-on shop work.

You will teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW), demonstrate CNC plasma tables and automated cutters, and guide students in shop safety, measurement, layout, and cutting. Collaboration on curriculum and projects is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Background in blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety protocols.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
