ExcelliSearch, Inc. invites an experienced welder or metal fabricator to join our Rocky Mountain regional training program as an instructor. In this leadership role you’ll translate shop floor expertise into engaging classroom instruction and hands-on mentorship for the next generation of tradespeople.

You’ll teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW), supervise safety, and collaborate on curriculum while maintaining a practical, shop-floor mindset and a passion for student success.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience with blueprint reading, cutting techniques, and shop safety.
• Familiarity with CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Certifications (AWS, API) are a plus but not required.
• Ability to quickly learn digital systems used in training environments.

Responsabilidades

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on shop instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use including CNC plasma tables and automated cutters.
• Support students with shop safety, measuring, layout, and cutting.
• Utilize grading software and collaborate on curriculum development and projects.
