Hiring Bonus: $1000 after successful completion of 120 days and an acceptable attendance record

ABW is seeking motivated intermediate and experienced aluminum and stainless steel TIG Fitter/Welders who take pride in producing quality fabricated parts and meeting or exceeding customer requirements and schedules.

Responsibilities include reading and understanding shop drawings, fitting and welding components per weld procedures, and accounting for weld shrinkage with minimal supervision. All welds are inspected by in-house or customer Certified Welding Inspectors (CWIs). ABW provides in-house testing and certification, evaluating Fitter/Welders on their drawing interpretation, tolerances, and welding procedures.

Pay rates depend on welding processes, qualified positions, and weld test results at interview. Swing shift offers higher pay. Typical rate: $30-$40 per hour.

Work Schedule

• Day shift: four 10-hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 6 am - 4:30 pm
• Overtime as required
