Job Description

Arcosa Shoring Products is seeking a Fitter/Welder Lead for our Mason, MI plant on the 1st shift to meet increased production demands. As a Fitter/Welder Lead, you will perform regular Fitter/Welder duties, serve as a problem-solving resource, and train, instruct, and direct the work activities of employees.

You will influence and instruct others' tasks and decisions, monitor and adapt processes and schedules to achieve manufacturing goals, and fill in as required to meet production targets. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of the job, company policies, and processes, with the ability to apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of complex tasks.
