Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for various welding operations, including FCAW and SMAW, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Journeyperson or 3rd year apprentice and possess strong interpersonal and physical skills.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson or 3rd year apprentices preferred.
• Experience in rigging and safe handling of components.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of FCAW, MCAW and SMAW welding equipment.
• Air carbon arc gouging, oxy-acetylene and plasma cutting.
• Safe operation of hand tools such as angle grinders.
