Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold our culture and standards.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house environment, ensuring customer satisfaction, safety and cleanliness while leading a team and handling shift operations. This role offers growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams; problem solving and action planning.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and coaching of hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
