Job summary

The Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The role involves working in a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and working both indoors and outdoors in varied temperatures while handling food, allergens, and cleaning products.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
