Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.

You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with physical activity and exposure to food products, allergens, and cleaning products. The role requires 3+ years of restaurant/retail management and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced restaurant/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Ensures policy adherence and safety standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service and relies on Rewards program for recognition.
