Qualifications

• 2+ years in premium wine hospitality, fine dining service, or winery-related roles.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales-oriented with ability to tailor experiences to guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests for reserve tasting experiences and educate on wines.
• Build long-term relationships to drive direct-to-consumer sales and wine club memberships.
• Deliver elevated wine service with guest-focused communication.
• Maintain a polished hospitality space and assist with opening/closing tasks.
• Manage guest appointments and respond to calls and emails.
• Enter orders in POS and manage fulfillment and delivery.
