You will educate guests on our wines, lead tastings, drive DTC sales through club signups, and maintain deep knowledge of our current wines and pairings. A strong, personable presence is essential, with the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Warm, confident communicator with strong sales instincts.
• Ability to translate technical wine knowledge into engaging stories.
• Team-oriented and flexible under pressure.
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and wine education.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across tastings.
• Educate guests on the winery’s wines, vineyards, and winemaking philosophy.
• Drive DTC sales through knowledgeable recommendations and club signups.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of current wines and pairings.
• Ensure tasting spaces reflect brand standards and cleanliness.
• Uphold ABC compliance and responsible service standards.
• Assist with private tastings, trade visits, and member events.
