Responsibilities

• Support clinic sales goals by helping patients understand their options.
• Answer calls, respond to messages, and assist with patient questions.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records in C3.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties, cash logs, and required reports.
• Communicate patient concerns, supply needs, and outstanding tasks to the doctor and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area, restroom, and shared spaces.
• Complete daily reports and ensure proper documentation.
