• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records in C3.
• Complete assigned patient follow-ups, member education calls, and reminders.
• Handle account requests per clinic policies and elevate concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and shared spaces.
• Complete daily opening and closing duties, cash logs, and reports.
• Communicate patient concerns, supply needs, and tasks to the doctor and management.
