• Complete follow-ups and member education calls, and payment reminders.
• Handle account requests according to clinic policies and escalate concerns to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and shared clinic spaces.
• Complete daily opening/closing duties, cash logs, and required reports.
• Communicate patient concerns and supply needs to the doctor and management.

The Joint Chiropractic in Stafford is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our weekend team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, provides excellent customer service, and feels comfortable discussing membership and package options.

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will help create a welcoming patient experience while keeping front desk operations organized and supporting the doctor throughout the day.

Position: Part-time | Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check-in, and assist with new patient paperwork
• Explain clinic services, pricing, memberships, and packages clearly and confidently
• Support clinic sales goals by helping patients understand their options
• Answer calls, respond to messages, and assist with patient questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records in C3
• Complete assigned patient follow-ups, member education calls, and payment reminders
• Handle account requests according to clinic policies and promptly escape concerns to management
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area, restroom, and shared clinic spaces
• Complete daily opening and closing duties, cash logs, and required reports
• Communicate patient concerns, supply needs, and outstanding tasks to the doctor and management

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable learning computer systems and handling payment transactions
• Professional, positive attitude and ability to work closely with the doctor
• Customer service, retail, sales, or front desk experience preferred
• Chiropractic experience is helpful but not required

Schedule

Weekend-only position covering Saturdays and Sundays. Availability for opening and closing duties is required.

Pay:

$ per hour, based on experience.
