The Joint Chiropractic in Stafford seeks a friendly, energetic Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients and manage daily clinic operations. You will educate patients on wellness memberships, assist with sales, and help deliver an outstanding patient experience in a busy chiropractic clinic.

As the face of the clinic, you will greet patients, handle check-ins/outs, schedule appointments, and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.

• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the doctors and team to ensure efficient clinic operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing memberships and recommending wellness plans
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability is preferred
