Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Weekend Wellness Coordinator to support patient experience and front desk operations. This role focuses on greeting patients, scheduling, selling wellness plans, and helping meet clinic sales targets in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service and sales experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in customer service and sales preferred.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, creating a friendly first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and memberships confidently.
• Support sales goals by converting patients into members.
• Answer calls and help with appointment scheduling and inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up‑to‑date records in POS.
• Assist with clinic marketing and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
