The Joint Chiropractic in Stafford is seeking a friendly Wellness Coordinator to welcome patients, educate them about wellness memberships, and assist with daily clinic operations. You will help schedule appointments, manage payments, and ensure a welcoming environment for every visitor.

Ideal candidates have customer service and sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting.

• Educate patients on chiropractic wellness plans and memberships
• Assist with membership sales and retention
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the doctors and team to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Help achieve monthly sales and patient satisfaction goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
