Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism; manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with reservations.
• Coordinate appointments and daily schedule; maintain an organized front desk.
• Promote spa enhancements, retail products, and membership opportunities.
• Maintain a pristine reception area reflecting luxury standards.
• Communicate effectively with therapists and spa staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process payments, gift cards, and retail purchases accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with care.
