Job summary

Urbana Country Club is seeking a Spa Receptionist for our luxurious Resort and Spa facility. The role emphasizes warm welcomes, guest care, and coordination with the spa team to ensure exceptional service.

The position is part-time, with 10–15 hours weekly, and requires availability all summer and into September. We value integrity, passion, work ethic, and teamwork, offering continual education, training, and opportunities for advancement within our club.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability for weekdays, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season and through September.
• Minimum of 10-15 hours a week.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and execute the 3 steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
• Provide information on spa guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure safety of members and guests.
• Coordinate scheduling and reservations with spa team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards.
