Safe Place for Youth in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a part-time Site Associate for Meadow at Melrose. The role supports residents, coordinates daily operations, and helps maintain a safe, welcoming environment for transitional age youth.

The Site Associate will perform intake support, activity coordination, meal assistance, health and safety checks, and on-site program logistics, reporting to the Site Supervisor. 16 hours per week, Saturday-Sunday 3:00pm-11:30pm; on-site location.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of direct youth services experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Daily site operations and safety checks.
• Assist with program intakes and exits.
• Coordinate and support activities for residents.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and meal support.
• Report issues to managers and track outcomes.
• Drive SPY vehicles to transport residents.
• Assist in crisis response and conflict resolution.
