Safe Place for Youth seeks a Senior Housing Programs Manager to lead multi-site housing initiatives for youth experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles. You will manage operations, supervise housing-focused case management, and ensure grant performance while connecting youth to safe housing and services.

The role requires collaborative leadership, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to equitable housing access.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years with TAY homelessness or housing instability.
• 2+ years in evaluation, project management, advocacy, and supervision.
• 1+ year of residential service leadership.
• Experience using CiviCore and HMIS/CES.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of SPY's Housing programs.
• Develop and update policies and procedures annually.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards.
• Assist in grant proposals and monitor program budgets.
• Supervise staff and contractors; manage scheduling and evaluations.
• Prepare monthly program reports for leadership.
• Coordinate data in HMIS/CiviCore with confidentiality.
• Engage in community outreach to expand housing opportunities.
• Collaborate with SPA partners on referrals and services.
• Lead staff development and performance management.
