Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate duties by census and staff availability.
- Oversee medication management and coordinate reorders.
- Ensure care plans are followed per policy and physician orders.
- Provide direct care support and supervise treatments.
- Transcribe physician orders and maintain accurate records.
- Lead shift communication and ensure alignment on care needs.
- Respond to staffing shortages and coordinate coverage.
- Investigate incidents and handle family communications.
