Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is hiring a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure quality resident care. You will supervise nursing staff, oversee medication management, implement care plans, and provide direct care support as needed.

This role requires a TX-licensed RN, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You will document promptly, participate in shift reports, uphold infection control, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Texas required.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational abilities required.
• Ability to lead, multitask and coordinate in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans followed per policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders promptly, complete assessments, maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of care needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances, contact families, file incident reports.
• Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders, results, and follow-up.
