Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care across shifts. Reliability, professional demeanor, clinical excellence, and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced setting, with attention to safety and compliance.

You will supervise nursing staff, oversee medication management, implement care plans, document accurately, coordinate shift reports, and respond to staffing needs.

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas and strong leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, documentation and clinical skills.
• Ability to manage emergencies and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure plans follow policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Maintain Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, and keep records.
• Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances, contact families, complete reports.
• Manage Lab Work: Monitor orders, results, and physician follow-up.
