Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations across weekend shifts and ensure the highest quality resident care. This role requires reliable attendance, strong leadership, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, coordinating supervision, medication management, and care plan implementation.

You will supervise staff, transcribe orders, participate in shift reports, monitor safety and infection control, and collaborate with families,

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Nursing Staff: Assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee Medication Management: Monitor medication administration and reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: Ensure care plans follow policy and physician orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: Perform and supervise treatments and staff nurse duties as needed.
• Manage Documentation: Transcribe orders, complete assessments, and maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: Participate in shift reports and inform staff of care needs.
• Ensure Compliance: Enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: Coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: Investigate variances, contact families, complete incident reports.
• Manage Lab Work: Monitor lab orders, results, and physician follow-up.
