Creative Solutions In HealthCare is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, manage medications, enforce care plans, and coordinate documentation across shifts.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a commitment to reliable weekend coverage and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required.
• Ability to supervise nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff; assign and delegate duties based on census and staff availability.
• Oversee medication management; monitor administration and coordinate reorders.
• Implement care plans; ensure adherence to policies and physician orders.
• Provide direct care support; supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage documentation; transcribe orders and maintain records.
• Lead shift communication; participate in shift reports and inform staff of needs.
• Ensure compliance; enforce infection control and safe work practices.
• Respond to staffing needs; coordinate coverage for shortages.
• Oversee incidents; investigate variances and complete reports.
• Manage lab work; monitor orders, results and follow-up with physicians.
