Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing operations during weekend shifts. You will supervise staff, manage medications, and ensure care plans are followed while maintaining high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates will hold a Texas RN license, demonstrate strong leadership and communication, and excel in documentation and coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Active Texas RN license is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Nursing Staff: assign and delegate duties based on census and staff.
• Oversee Medication Management: monitor administration and reorders.
• Implement Care Plans: ensure plans followed per policy and orders.
• Provide Direct Care Support: perform and supervise treatments as needed.
• Manage Documentation: transcribe orders, complete assessments, maintain records.
• Lead Shift Communication: participate in shift reports and update care needs.
• Ensure Compliance: enforce infection control and safe practices.
• Respond to Staffing Needs: coordinate coverage during shortages.
• Oversee Incidents: investigate variances, contact families, file reports.
• Manage Lab Work: monitor lab orders and physician follow-up.
