Job summary

Weekend RN Supervisor role at The Keystone Distinction Group in Connecticut. You will lead weekend nursing operations on-site, supervise RNs, LPNs and CNAs, and ensure continuity of care and regulatory compliance across shifts, including Baylor schedule options.

The position requires an active Connecticut RN license, 2–3 years in SNF/LTC, strong clinical prioritization, EMR proficiency (PointClickCare preferred), and a collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted CT RN license required.
• 2–3 years nursing experience in SNF/LTC or sub-acute rehab.
• Ability to lead weekend shifts and prioritize care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing operations to ensure person-centered care.
• Conduct rounds and monitor conditions, meds, infection control.
• Provide rapid clinical decisions during status changes or events.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, room assignments, discharges.
• Coach and mentor RNs, LPNs, CNAs; ensure shift accountability.
• Maintain EMR documentation in compliance with regulations.
