Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking Weekend RN Supervisors to lead weekend operations on-site across clinical units. The role emphasizes on-site leadership, triage oversight, and ensuring seamless continuity of care during weekend shifts.

The position offers flexible weekend options, Baylor scheduling, full-time benefits eligibility, and opportunities to mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted RN license in Connecticut or eligible to practice in CT.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience in SNF/LTC/sub-acute setting.
• Experience in leadership roles such as supervisor or charge nurse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekend clinical leadership and supervision across units.
• Oversee triage, documentation, and regulatory compliance under DPH/CMS standards.
• Coach and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure shift accountability and patient safety.
