Job summary
Acloché LLC is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead on-site weekend nursing operations across 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM shifts. This permanent, direct-hire role requires clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination with RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
The Baylor program offers 32 weekend hours paid as 38 and full-time benefits; weekend availability is required. Reporting to nursing administration, the role oversees triage, EMR documentation, rounds, admissions, and staff mentorship
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- 2–3 years clinical nursing in SNF/LTC/sub-acute rehab
- Prior supervisory/charge nurse experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize clinically and lead weekend shifts
- Experience with EMR documentation and orders
Responsibilities
- Weekend nursing leadership: supervise and direct weekend operations
- Conduct rounds to monitor resident conditions and staff workflows
- Provide rapid clinical decision-making during emergencies
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge orders
- Coach and mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs; ensure shift accountability
- Ensure EMR documentation is timely and compliant with DPH and CMS
