Job summary

Community Health Resources (CHR) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. This part-time role (16 hours/week) focuses on crisis stabilization and integrated behavioral health support within a 24/7 setting, delivering direct nursing care and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess and monitor patients with substance use and mental health disorders, document interventions, and contribute to individualized treatment planning while promoting recovery

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program with RN licensure.
• Experience with patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Experience in a managed care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Intervene in client differences to maintain a positive milieu.
• Document planned interventions and observations professionally.
• Supervise on-site and off-site laboratory testing per policy.
• Develop and deliver individual and group treatments and psycho-educational groups.
