Job summary

Community Health Resources operates the REST Center in Willimantic, CT, delivering 24/7 crisis stabilization and nursing support as part of a multidisciplinary team. The RN provides direct care for adults with substance use and mental health disorders in a residential setting, coordinating treatment plans and supporting recovery-oriented goals.

Ideal candidates hold CT RN licensure, nursing education, and CPR/First Aid certification (or obtain within 90 days).

Qualifications

• RN licensure in CT.
• Experience with patients with substance use and mental health disorders in a managed care environment.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or to be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Intervene in conflicts to maintain a positive milieu and support recovery.
• Document interventions and observations in an objective manner.
• Provide integrated behavioral health and medical treatment planning.
