Job summary

Community Health Resources, Inc. seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for the REST Center in Willimantic, CT. This position supports 24/7 crisis stabilization services, with 16 hours per week scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm to 12am.

Responsibilities include direct client care, medication management, and behavioral health assessment within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused framework. Benefit-rich workplace with ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a School of Nursing from an Accredited Nursing Program and RN Licensure.
• Experience working with patients with substance use and mental health disorders.
• Experience in a managed care environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct services to clients in the 24/7 residential setting.
• Demonstrates understanding of substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment.
• Intervenes to maintain a positive milieu and supports family connections.
